Fetal & Baby Wellness

Your baby's wellbeing, tracked between every visit.

A home fetal Doppler, an automated movement patch and a fetal-medicine specialist on call — so what happens between scans is watched, too.

Why it matters

Growth scans are point-in-time snapshots. Wombly adds the connective tissue: daily fetal heart-rate checks, automated movement counts and an expert on call for every question in between.

The science, in plain language

What the evidence says.

01

Kick counts are a proven safeguard.

Structured maternal fetal movement counting from 28 weeks is associated with reduced stillbirth risk in high-risk pregnancies (BMC Pregnancy & Childbirth, 2018).

02

Growth-scan cadence matters.

Third-trimester growth surveillance improves detection of small-for-gestational-age fetuses by ~50% compared with fundal-height measurement alone (BJOG, 2019).

How it works

A quiet, structured pathway.

  1. 01

    Doppler

A home fetal Doppler for guided daily heart-rate checks from the third trimester.

  2. 02

    Movement patch

An abdominal patch counts fetal movements automatically and streams to the centre.

  3. 03

    Scans

Growth and anomaly scans scheduled and coordinated by your concierge.

Frequently asked

Questions mothers ask us.

01
Is the home fetal Doppler safe to use?
Yes. It uses the same low-power ultrasound as a clinic Doppler and is used under guided prompts.
02
When should I start using the movement patch?
From 28 weeks, which is when structured fetal-movement monitoring is recommended.
03
What if I can't find the heartbeat at home?
Do not panic — call the command centre. A clinician will guide you and, if needed, arrange a scan.
04
Does this replace my growth scans?
No. It complements them by watching what happens between scans.
